Of course, I had exercised before, but traditional strength training or gym workouts had never managed to keep my interest for very long. Thanks to Elina, there have been only a few weeks in the past five years when I haven’t been able to train due to illness! That is honestly almost a miracle. I train twice a week, doing about 45–60 minutes of strength workouts at home. I started with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, and at some point kettlebells and dumbbells were added. Elina creates new workout routines for me about once a month and always takes my wishes into account. For holidays and time on the boat, I’ve received suitable workouts to take with me. Resistance bands fit easily into a suitcase. Warm-ups, stretching, and everything else are included in the package.

Price differs from 1500-3000 pesos a month depending how many training times a week.

-Price from 5000-8500 pesos a month depending how many times a week. When paid before hand once a month you will have a discount and have 5 weeks to finish your classes in case of illness etc.
